城市建设满意度内涵及构成维度研究

在分析城市建设满意度内涵的基础上,运用问卷调查法探讨了城市建设满意度的构成维度以及各构成维度对整体满意度的不同影响。共实施了2次问卷调查,通过对第1次调研获得的306个数据样本进行探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析,构建了城市建设满意度的因子结构模型,并确定了测量量表;通过对第2次调研获得的459个数据样本进行回归分析,揭示了城市建设满意度各构成维度对整体满意度的差异化影响。研究结果表明:城市建设满意度可以划分为3个构成维度,分别是住房条件满意度、社区设施满意度以及市政公用设施满意度;3个构成维度对城市建设整体满意度具有不同影响,其中,社区设施满意度对整体满意度的影响最大,其次是市政公用设施满意度,影响最小的是住房条件满意度。

Study on the connotation meaning and dimensions of urban construction satisfaction

Based on the analysis of the connotation meaning of urban construction satisfaction, the dimensions of urban construction satisfaction and the different impact of each dimension on the overall satisfaction are discussed by questionnaire survey. Two questionnaire surveys are carried out. In the first questionnaire survey, through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of 306 collected data samples, a three-factor model reflecting the dimensions of urban construction satisfaction is constructed, and the measurement scale is determined. In the second questionnaire survey, through the regression analysis of 459 collected data samples, the different influences of three dimensions of urban construction satisfaction on total satisfaction are revealed. The results show that the urban construction satisfaction can be divided into three dimensions, including housing conditions satisfaction, community infrastructure satisfaction and urban infrastructure satisfaction. Community infrastructure satisfaction is the most influential variable on total satisfaction followed by urban infrastructure satisfaction, and the influence of housing conditions satisfaction is minimal.
