农业发展对农村剩余劳动力转移的促进作用

农村剩余劳动力转移有利于农村发展,但是把农村、农业的发展寄托在农村剩余劳动力转移之上,以致农业发展变得滞后和被动,甚至形成恶性循环.其实,转移的途径是多样的.如果同时积极发展农业,不仅能保证工业化不断增加的对农业剩余产品的需求,也会通过农村人力资本增加、农业结构调整、农业产业化以及农地制度变革等途径,对劳动力产生挤出效应和吸纳作用,促进农村剩余劳动力流动并弥补单一劳动力转移途径的不足,最终形成良性循环,让农村劳动力流动真正成为城乡统筹发展的桥梁.
