实现我国农业剩余劳动力实质转移

农业剩余劳动力是否成功转移与对“三农”问题的顺利解决乃至整个经济发展有着至关重要的作用。我国现行的农业剩余劳动力简单转移方式,造成了大量剩余劳动力滞留在城市形成了许多社会问题。要培育有利于农业剩余劳动力转移的内生机制,实现其实质性转移。

At today's economic turning point,many state-owned enterprise's staff was laid-off,and Jots of agriculture surplus labor force had come out.So,developing China was facing huge employment pressure.The agriculture surplus labor force's successful shift is critical to “three agriculture” problem's solution,to the whole economy's development.Our country's simple shift,have many shortcomings.In order to achieve the agriculture surplus labor force's virtual shift,we shouldn't carry out it superficially,but creating an inner growth system to realize the virtual shift.
