| 摘 要： | 信息时代的到来使得企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，专业化分工又使第三方物流的出观成为了必然。我国社会经济发展的现状还不能使第三方物流迅速壮大，我们就有必要认清我国第三方物流的现状，发现存在的问题，并能够结合实际给出建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The competition between entrepreneurs has be- come much severe than ever before with the coming of information age while the third part logistics is the logical result of specialize the social work. However, the real sit- uation in our nation can't satisfy the needs of the third party logistics development. We need to recognize the real state, grope for the problems and make good advice and countermeasure to speed up the development. |
