Analyses the management risk factor and cause of it for the technological innovation strategic alliance, and separately discusses the relationship between the management risk factor and the technological risk factor, the fund risk factor, the benefit risk factor, the market risk factor, the moral risk factor, and concludes that the management risk factor of the technological innovation strategic alliance has important influence to the alliance＇s process of operating and managing.
