随着经济的不断发展和生活水平的不断提高,人们的环境意识逐渐加强,对环境保护和绿色产品的需求日渐增长,出现了一些以保护国内消费者利益和保护国内生态环境为由,限制国际贸易自由化、保护本国市场的一些制度,这些就是绿色贸易壁垒。从短期来看,尽管绿色壁垒能对威胁人类与动植物生命健康以及破坏生态环境的贸易活动进行一定的限制,减少这些活动产生的严重后果,但是它也成了发达国家乘机“搭便车”制定苛刻的环境标准进行贸易保护的主要形式之一。中国的外贸企业应采取相应措施规避风险,以实现对外贸易的可持续发展。
