| Abstract: | Based on the relevant documents, this paper analyzes the feature of Merger & Acquisition in American banking sector. After the exploration on the finance method of small business, this paper tests the impact to the finance of small business exerted by M&A in banking sector. The empirical studies show that, after the M&A, the impact on the small business, which seriously depends on its lending relationship, is complex. As argued in this paper, the key to this issue focuses on what M&A may influence the lending relationship. |
