基于“三农”问题缓解西部农村小企业集群发展的产业选择研究

事实与理论证明,农村小企业集群发展是缓解“三农”问题的一条有效路径。但是由于我国地区之间在经济、政治、文化、社会发展方面差异显著,因此,在培育和发展农村小企业集群方面必须因地制宜,从各地的实际情况出发,坚持走多样化和特色化的发展道路。在此过程中,根据西部地区现实情况,以企业集群视角,对农村产业发展进行产业选择与定位就显得越发重要。

The fact and theory proved that western rural small industrial clust ers development is an effect way to alleviate the problem of “agriculture,rura l,farmer”.But because of the remarkable difference of our country area in eco nomy、politics、culture、society development,cultivating and development of wes tern rural small industrial clusters must act as circumstance permit,from actua l situation of each place,insist on the path of diverse and characteristic deve lopment.In this process,according to western area actual situation,carrying o n industrial choice and localization appears more important from the angle of in dustrial clusters.
