| 摘 要： | 知识联盟是企业与企业或与其他机构通过结盟方式,从对方获取知识或与对方一起共同创造新知识。由于知识联盟是介于企业与市场之间的一种组织形态,尚缺乏有效的管理手段因而被视作是一种高风险战略。因此,企业要想通过联盟产生新知识,选择一种合适的治理结构就显得尤为重要。
