| 摘 要： | 目前导游在带团过程中出现的诸多问题迫使我们要对如何改善导游带团行为、提高导游服务质量进行新的探索。导游带团活动与项目管理存在许多共同特征。在解析项目管理的含义和导游带团活动现状的基础之上，对在导游带团活动中应用项目管理思想进行可行性分析，构建了导游活动项目周期模型，最后提出了应用过程中需注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | System of tour guide management is one of the important management systems in the modern travel services. We need go further on the scientific methods of the current situation of tour guide management. In the study we find that tour guide activities and project management share the same characteristics. Based on stating PM and the current situation of tour guide management, the paper analyzies the feasibility of the combination between them,builds up a model of tour guide activities, and rises up some problems at the end of the paper. |
