| 摘 要： | 2008年伊始，世界经济以一种不确定的音调拉开帷幕，就我国内部环境来讲，CPI的不断走高，物价的不断上涨，外贸首超1万亿美元，外汇储备超1．5亿美元，紧缩性的财政政策和货币政策是2008年我国宏观经济的主流。这不禁令我们担忧起通货膨胀的危险，由此想到近些年又有回湖势头的货币局制度。
