| 摘 要： | 传统的股权和债权融责结构已经很难满足企业融资的需求，作为兼顾股权融责和债权融责特征的央层融资，近年来获得了巨大的发展。文章对央层融资从需求和供给两个方面分析了其发展动因，并结合我国企业融资结构和资金特征，展望了我国发展央层融资的前景。
