| 摘 要： | 在设计-制造链中,设计和制造企业常常面临一些组织间的界面管理问题,这与以往设计、制造业务处于同一组织内时的问题有所区别。本文将对设计-制造链的组织界面及其沟通方式进行分析,并建立设计-制造链界面关系管理效果的成本效益指标体系及评价模型。

| Abstract: | Interface management issues often challenge design and manufacturing companies in Design-Manufacturing Chain(D-MC), which are different from the problems between design and manufacturing apartment in a same or ganization. The paper will analyze the communication modes on the interface and present the evaluation model and indicator to value the interface management of D-MC. |
