通过公开的资料对电线电缆产品物流特点和企业物流现状进行研究．提出电线电缆企业需要根据自己的实际情玩和各种影响因素，尤其要充分考虑企业的战略和发展方向。所处物流环境、物流对企业成功的影响程度、物流系统总成本，从总体一体化的物流运作的角度出发，选择适合本企业实际的物流战略、物流运作模式、物流管理体系．并提出5条具体的物流改进建议，希望对促进电线电缆行业企业物流的发展有借鉴作用。

The Research of Wire and Cable Enterprise Logistics

Through a public information, on the research of the characteristics of wires and cables products and the enterprises logistics status, this paper indicates that the enterprises of wires and cables should choose the practical strategy, mode of operation and management system for business logistics according to their actual situation and Various influeneing factors, especially based on full consideration of development strategy, logistics environment, the impact on business success and the total cost. Then five specific recommendations of improvement for logistics are given, in the hope that the enterprises would learn to use for reference and promote the development of logistics.
