| Abstract: | The system and the culture are the two wings of the management and development of enterprise. Culture affects the formulation and implementation of the system, and the system promotes the sublation and development of the culture. During the thirty years of reformation and opening to the outside, the development of enterprise's management in China benefits from the system innovation and perfection, and from the excellent factors of Chinese traditional cutlure. |
