| 摘 要： | 探讨糖尿病并发脑出血与非糖尿病性脑出血的临床疗效及预后.分别选取38例糖尿病并发脑出血患者(A组)和54例非糖尿病性脑出血患者(B组),两组均采取常规治疗并对治疗效果进行比较.结果表明,A组治愈率(5.62%)明显低于B组治愈率(16.67%),A组疗效明显低于B组.因此,糖尿病并发脑出血组(A组)的疗效较非糖尿病性脑出血组(B组)为差.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of complicated cerebral hemorrhage of diabetes and cerebral hemorrhage of non-diabetes.Method: 38 patients with complicated cerebral hemorrhage of diabetes(group A) and 54 patients with cerebral hemorrhage of non-diabetes (group B) are singled out.The 2 groups are treated with regular therapy and the therapeutic effects are compared.Result: The curative rate(5.62%) of complicated cerebral hemorrhage of diabetes(group A) is significantly lower than that(16.67%) of cerebral hemorrhage of non-diabetes(group B).The therapeutic effect of group A is significantly lower than that of group B.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of complicated cerebral hemorrhage of diabetes(group A) is poorer compared with that of cerebral hemorrhage of non-diabetes(group B). |
