| 摘 要： | 为减轻耐多药肺结核患者进行介入治疗的心理负担和术中不适,同时增强疗效,特对患者进行术前心理干预.结果显示,进行心理干预的观察组负反应明显小于对照组,疗效优于对照组.因此,介入治疗前的心理干预可提高该方法的效果.

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the degree of anxiety and discomfort of the multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients to the interventional treatment and improve the efficacy in the treatment of MDR-TB cases,preoperative psychological intervention is carried out on the patients.The results show that the negative reaction of the psychological intervention group is significantly less than that of the control group,and the effect on the psychological intervention group is better than that on the control group.Therefore,psychological intervention before the interventional treatment can improve the effectiveness of the method. |
