| 摘 要： | 研究了物流概念的内涵,指出了物流存在的几种形态：第三方物流、第四方物流、逆向物流和绿色物流等;研究了电子商务与物流管理、地理信息系统、智能运输系统、数码仓库和条形码等物流管理技术,指出了物流成本研究中寻找物流成本控制的方法;最后对物流理论与技术研究进行了展望.
