自然垄断行业个人收入分配问题浅析

通过对自然垄断行业与其他行业间,以及自然垄断行业内部群体间的个人收入差异比较分析,在个人收入分配中存在行业间差距过大和行业内部平均主义严重以及职工收入与其经济效益脱钩等分配不公问题。为了消除这种不合理现象,关键是对政府管理制度的改革,以完善的个人收入分配制度为保证,辅之以严格的执法监督力度,使自然垄断行业更好的服务于广大人民群众。

Individval Income Distribution of Natural Monopoly Industries

By means of contrasting and analyzing the individual income differences between the natural monopoly industries and other industries,as well as the inside of natural monopoly industries,the paper finds that the obvious industrial income gap exists in individual income distribution and serious inner equalitarianism and discrepancy between staff income and the economic effect.Furthermore,to indicate the unreasonable phenomenon the most important is to reform govermental regulation.In order to better serve the public,it is important to ensure of the complete individual income distribution system and strict supervision the implementation of the regulations and law concernal.
