| 摘 要： | 生态系统的稳定性对生态服务功能即生态价值有重要影响。由于系统的稳定性是有限的,系统对外来干扰和破坏的承受能力存在极限,以生态功能为根本的生态价值也就存在极限。因此,生态价值不完全具备边际效用递减的规律,而存在刚性。本文称此为生态价值的刚性规律。生态价值的刚性规律能够确定边际效用递减理论的适用范围,确定对外部不经济处罚的理论界限,为可持续发展提供了理论指导。

| Abstract: | The stability of the ecosystem can deeply impact ecosystem service function or ecosystem value.Because of the limit of system's stability,the system can only limitedly protect itself from outer interfering and destroying.Therefore ecosystem value has its margin.Consequently ecosystem value has rigid trait which is different from the law of diminishing marginal utility.In this paper it is called the rigid law of ecosystem value.This theory can help researcher mark out the right scope of the law of diminishing marginal utility and the point of external economies that is punished or not. |
