东北亚经济合作的现状与展望

进入21世纪的今天，从地域经济学或政治学的角度可以提出，世界繁荣的中心轴逐渐向东北地区西移，一个以太平洋时代为中心的新的国际秩序正在形成。东亚问题研究专家Robert Lloyd George在《东西方的种选》一书中曾强调东亚将成为今后21世纪的世界中心。特别是90年代冷战结束以后，国际秩序变化的突出特点是由经济力量代替军事力量，并追求地区国家间的融合，世界经济逐渐脱离意识形态的束缚，但也有冷和平即将开始的悲观论调。一方面世界各国纷纷制定地区经济战略以广义的国境概念代替传统的狭小的国境观点，扩大开放，强调事实上没有过境的限制竞争（没有过境只有经济）。考虑到今后东北亚经济图的重要性和地区国家间经济协作的紧密程度会发现针对东北亚经济圈的研究尚处于初步阶段。
