| Abstract: | The right way to solve village surplus labor force need to unite the first, the second and the third industry, scooping out the employment potential of the each industry. To develop strongly the agriculture industry is the better way to tap employment potential through scooping out the agriculture inner part. This wiU be the valid path of resolving the village surplus labor force problem now. |
