| 摘 要： | 湖南省是全国的农业大省之一,选用GDP增长率、人口增长率和耕地面积减少率为主要分析指标,探讨了湖南省近20年来,经济、人口与耕地面积之间的关系:耕地减少的发生时间与经济发展的增长基本同步;针对耕地面临的一些问题提出了实现可持续利用的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The rates of GDP growth, population growth and cultivated land area decrease were selected as the three main indicators for analyzing in this article.The correlation of cultivated land area decrease,Economic development and population Growth in Hunan Province from 1978 to 1999 were discussed in detail as the major subject.The result indicated that the rapid decrease of cultivated land coincide in time with the overheated economic growth.In the meanwhile,the author analyzes a series problems of cultivated land sustainable use in Hunan Province at present. So some stategy and measures are proposed in this paper. |
