| 摘 要： | 通过对现行铁路货车周转时间计算方法进行分析,指出由于定义的概念不清,存在车辆相关法误差较大、时间相关法可行性较差,且工作量计算不准确等问题。同时,根据运输生产和资产经营的要求,阐述了改进的计算方法和实现措施。

Research on the Calculation Method of Railway Wagon Turnround Time |

| Abstract: | After an analysis to the currently applied calculation method of
railway wagon turnrond time, some problems are highlighted due to the blurry
definition, e.g. a big deviation with wagon-associated method, bad feasibility
with time-associated method as well as inaccurate calculation to the work load,
etc. Then, according to the requirements of transportation and asset management,
this paper elaborates an improved calculation method as well as the way of
implementation. |
