基于信息化视角的河北省农业现代化建设研究

[目的]从信息化角度出发,探索河北省农业现代化建设发展情况,以期为我国农业信息化发展提供理论参考。[方法]通过文献查阅法对相关文献搜集整理,了解河北省农业信息化相关研究及成果,并针对存在的问题采用系统分析法进行归纳总结,进而提出具体指导意见。[结果]位于京津之间的廊坊市在农业信息化综合水平和农业信息化普及及应用指数中排名第一,唐山市在农业信息化基础设施中排名第一,石家庄作为河北省省会在农业信息化人力资源指数中排名第一,而衡水市在农业信息化主体环境指数中排名第一。尽管近年来河北省加大现代园区及高标准基本农田等现代农业的基础建设,但仍受信息服务体系不完备、资金需求大、信息服务供给与需求相互矛盾以及缺少高素质农业信息人才等因素的限制。[结论]大力发展现代化农业,要将信息化的理念融入农业现代化的建设中,健全农业信息服务软硬件设施,提升农业信息服务的实用性,构建完善的农业信息化保障机制,建设专业化农业信息服务团队,提升农业信息化工作者素质,最终全面推动河北省乃至全国农业现代化的快速健康发展。

RESEARCH ON AGRICULTURE MODERNIZATION BASED ON INFORMATIZATION IN HEBEI PROVINCE

From the perspective of information, this paper explored the development of agricultural modernization in Hebei province using the literature review method, so as to provide theoretical reference for Chinese agricultural informatization development. The results showed that comprehensive agricultural informatization level and application of agricultural informatization index in Langfang city which located in between Beijing and Tianjin ranked first. The agriculture information infrastructure in Tangshan city ranked first. The human resources informationization index in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei province, ranked first, and the environment index in Hengshui city ranked first. Hebei province enhanced the modern and high standard basic farmland in recent years, but there were still some limits, such as incomplete information service system, large capital needs, information service supply and demand contradiction, and the lack of high-quality agricultural information personnel. It suggested that it should incorporated into the construction of agricultural modernization, improve the agricultural information service software and hardware facilities, improve agricultural information service, build a perfect agricultural information guarantee mechanism, construct specialized agricultural information service teams, and enhance the quality agricultural informationization workers to comprehensively promote the development of Hebei province and even the national agricultural modernization.
