企业中层管理人员绩效考核中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:绩效考核体系是联系各项人力资源管理活动的纽带,是对企业各级人员进行激励的重要手段,是提高人力资源管理水平、提升人才竞争力的关键。在一个企业的全部绩效考核工作中,中层管理人员的绩效考评是否公平合理、科学有效,对企业的兴衰发展,起着决定性作用。本文运用和发展绩效考评理论,分析了企业中层管理人员绩效考评中存在的问题,并提出了解决对策。

Abstract:The performance appraisal system links various human resource management activities. It is the important means to motivate the staff at all levels of the enterprise, and is the key to improve the human resources management level and talent competitiveness. In the entire performance appraisal work of an enterprise, middle managers performance evaluation is fair and reasonable, scientific and effective. It plays a decisive role for the rise and fall of development of the enterprise. This article uses and develops performance evaluation theory, analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise middle managers performance evaluation, and puts forward some countermeasures.
