| Abstract: | Carrying out a comprehensive ownership determination register certification work of the rural collective land ownership is not only the real need of safeguarding farmers＂ interests and promoting social harmony and stability in rural areas, also is the need of implementing strict farmland protection system and land conservation system as well as improving land management and utilization levels, is more the urgent need of further consolidating the development foundation of agriculture in rural and promoting urban and rural development. |
