粉煤灰路基填筑施工技术分析

摘    要:高等级公路的普遍特点是路堤较高,利用粉煤灰来填筑路堤,不失为解决上述问题的好办法,加之公路需用的填料用量大,而粉煤灰又属于轻质材料,特别适用于软土地区的路基填筑,对路堤的稳定有着重要意义。本文根据某高速公路工程,对粉煤灰路堤施工进行了分析与探讨,分别从原材料准备、机械准备、粉煤灰运输组织、施工前准备工作以及素粉煤灰路堤施工工艺进行了详细的分析,为煤灰路基填筑施工提供一定参考。

Abstract:High grade highways have the common feature of high embankment. Using coal ash to fill the embankment is a good idea. Highways need large amount of filler, and coal ash belongs to light material, so it is especially suitable for soft soil area, and has vital significance for the stability of the embankment. Based on a highway project, this paper analyzes and discusses coal ash subgrade construction. Detailed analysis is done from raw materials preparation, mechanical preparation,transportation organization, construction preparation and coal ash embankment construction process, which provides certain reference for coal ash subgrade filling.
