| 摘 要： | 金融控股模式下,研究银行母公司代理银行保险业务的影响因素,对于国内银行保险市场的竞争具有决定作用,并且对于未来国内金融控股集团的健康发展具有积极意义。文章研究了银行母公司开展银行保险业务的战略层因素、经济层因素、非经济层因素以及监管因素和其他利益相关者因素,有利于银行母公司、银行系保险公司和传统保险公司开展银行保险业务的行为选择。

| Abstract: | Under financial holding mode, to study the influencing factors for bank＇s parent company to do bank insurance agent business plays a decisive role in the domestic banking competition in the insurance market, and has positive significance for the future development of domestic financial holding group. This paper studies the strategic factors, economic factors, non economic factors and regulatory factors and other stakeholders for bank parent company to carry out bancassurance business. It is helpful for the behavior option of bank＇s parent company, insurance companies of banking and traditional insurance companies. |
