小微企业融资困境的博弈分析与对策

小微企业在我国国民经济中有全局意义,但近年来受宏观环境影响小微企业融资需求上升,融资渠道受阻,严重影响了小微企业的健康发展。通过博弈论方法分析显示,小微企业融资困境一方面是由于自身存在缺陷,需要苦练内功,提高自身素质,加强本身的造血能力;另一方面小微企业外部环境有待改善、信用体系有待完善、政策扶助仍需加强。

Game Analysis and Countermeasure on Financing Dilemma of Small and Micro Businesses

Small and Micro Businesses play an paramount role in Chinese economy. However,with the rising financing needs originating from the changing macro economy,small businesses healthy development is severely hampered because of the limited financing channels. The game theory analysis shows one reason caused the dilemma is their internal shortages. To conquer that,they need to improve their internal management and create a blooding forming mechanism; another reason is the external environment is not conducive for small businesses and the cure to that is the improvement of credit system and strengthening supporting policies.
