| 摘 要： | 目前我国著作权集体管理作品使用费收转的标准及模式尚未健全,实践中作品的使用费收转混乱。文章分析了我国现行著作权集体管理收费制度中存在的问题,并从制度完善和操作层面上提出建议。

This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the charge system of collective management of copyright and makes recommendations in operational level to improve the system. |
