| 摘 要： | 公共意识培育的研究要有明确理论进路和出路。其理论进路是明确区分公与私以及公共领域与私人领域、公共意识与公民意识、公德意识、公共理性及公共精神概念,并探寻公共意识与个人意识间的联结。共和主义、自由主义、社群主义理论是路径模型,陌生人社会理论中的契约精神和法律精神是制度支持,信任和责任等公共理性则是价值支撑,这些理论提供了公共意识培育的出路借鉴。

| Abstract: | The research of the cultivation of public consciousness must have clear theoretical approach and breakthrough. The theoretical approach is to distinguish between public and private, public and private sphere, public consciousness and citi- zen consciousness or social morality consciousness or public rationality or public spirit, to find out the connection of public and individual consciousness. The path model is the theory of republicanism, liberalism and communitarianism, the system support is the contract and legal spirit from the theory of stranger society, the value support is the public spirit of trust and responsibili- ty, all these theories provide the theoretical breakthrough. |
