基于内涵发展观的高校科研转型思考

随着教育改革的纵深发展,以提高质量为核心的内涵发展是当前高校建设的主旋律,实现由外延式规模扩张到内涵式质量提升的转型是这一时期高校发展的本质要求。而作为内涵发展重要内容的高校科研在推动内涵建设具有举足轻重的作用,可以说科学研究是高校内涵建设的＂源头活水＂。唯有转变和创新包括科研理念、科研内容、科研方式、科研模式、科研成果、科研评价机制在内的各方面,才能将内涵发展观落到实处,高校这一人才智库才能更好地服务于经济社会发展。

Reflections on the Transformation of Scientific Research of Universities from the Perspective of Intensive Development

With the further development of educational reforms, intensive development which puts great emphasis on qual- ity is the main theme of contemporary university construction. The essential mission of university development is to achieve the transformation from mode of extensive development to an intensive one, which mainly focuses on quality instead of quantity. As an important part of intensive development, scientific research of universities plays a critical role in promoting intensive con- struction. It can be said that scientific research of universities is the essence of its intensive development. Only when transfor- mations in such aspects as concepts, content, modes, findings, as well as assessment mechanism of scientific research are im- plemented can intensive development be fulfilled. In this case, universities can contribute more to economic and social develop- ment as a talent pool.
