摘    要:战略性企业社会责任是企业获取新的业务机会及实现竞争优势的一个有效来源,为企业如何实现经济价值与社会价值的双重目标提供了一个新的思路。结合商务模式理论,构建出战略性企业社会责任理论分析框架,运用单案例研究方法,以三棵树涂料公司为例,从融入社会责任维度的价值主张、价值链创新的价值支撑、竞争环境投资的价值保持三个方面,分析案例企业如何通过实施战略性企业社会责任,创造出共享价值,最终实现企业与社会的双赢。

Abstract:Strategic corporate social responsibility is an effective sottree for enterprises to get a new business opportunity and achieve competitive advantage. It provides a new idea for enterprises on how to realize the dual goals of economic and so- cial values. Combined with the theory of business model, this paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of strategic corporate social responsibility. Then it adopts a single case method, takes SKSHU paint company as an example, from three as- pects, including the value proposition of social responsibility dimension, the value supporting of value chain innovation and the value maintaining of competitive-context investment, analyzes how the case company, by implementing strategic corporate social responsibility, creates shared value, and realizes the win-win situation between enterprise and society.
