广西农合机构信托受益权投资的现状、问题及对策研究

本文综合运用文献借鉴、实地调研和定量分析等研究方法,以近两年广西农合机构开办的信托受益权投资业务为例,分析信托受益权投资的现状,重点阐述信托受益权投资产生的模式、特征和存在的问题,并提出相应的风险防控措施和政策建议,对规范农合机构的业务发展、促进银信合作良性循环具有重要的现实指导意义.

Study on Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Beneficial Right of the Trust Investment by Guangxi Rural Credit Cooperatives

This article uses the research methods of literature reference, field survey and quantitative analysis. Taking the beneficial right of the trust investment business started by Guangxi rural credit cooperatives in recent two years as an example, the paper analyzes the current situation of beneficial right of the trust investment, especially fo- cuses on the patterns, characteristics and problems existing in the beneficial right of the trust investment. Then it puts forward some risk prevention measures and policy suggestions to promote business development of rural credit coopera- tives and the benign circulation of cooperation between banks and trust.
