| 摘 要： | 科研经费是普通高校开展科研工作的重要物质基础,如何合理有效地利用科研经费是科研管理的重要内容之一。目前高校对科研经费管理不够规范,普遍存在着科研资金和资产流失严重、科研项目成本难以核算、科研经费使用效益不高、科研成果的产业化程度低等问题,本文针对这些问题进行了具体分析,并提出了加强高校科研经费管理的合理化建议。

| Abstract: | The innovative system and human cultivate of undergraduate is a complicated process. The innovative system of undergraduate is confronted with many challenges such as deviation of pattern of human cultivate, alienation of innovative effect and innovative culture, standardization of innovative system and simplify of innovative diathesis. We should cooperate with pat- tern of human cultivate, construct favorable innovative culture, perfect multiplex innovative system and promote innovative di- athesis of undergraduate. |
