| 摘 要： | 旅游集散中心作为一种新的旅游基础设施和经营模式，对于整合旅游资源，提升城市旅游竞争力，方便散客出游，具有重要意义。长沙也具有成立旅游集散中心的必要和条件。长沙旅游集散中心可采用政府与市场结合的模式，分阶段逐步完善，并不断构建网络，加强营销，创建品牌。

| Abstract: | As a part of the new tourist establishment and management pattern,tourist transport center is meaningful for integrating tourism resource,upgrading urban tourist competitive ability,transporting individual tourist conveniently.It is important and possible for the city of Changsha to establish a tourist transport center.So it needs cooperation of government and enterprises,constructing service net gradually,enhancing marketing,and creating top brand. |
