| 摘 要： | 在介绍甩挂运输的定义及其发展历程的基础上，提出了甩挂运输作业中全面资源计划与控制的信息化平台实施策略，解决了企业传统方法难以处理的高密度运输资源配置、作业数据的收集和处理等问题，从而实现物流运输效率的高效化和现代化。

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction of the definition and development course of drop-and-pull transport,the paper puts forth the implementation strategy of overall resource planning and control information platform in the practice of drop-and-pull transport,which deals with the high-density resource allocation,data collection and disposal of the transport activities which are recalcitrant to traditional means. |
