On the marco-environment of solar water heater industry based on PEST model

Low-carbon development is the trend of world economic and social development.New energy industry,especially the solar energy industry is ushering in a major opportunity.Meanwhile,with the solar industry matured in an increasingly competitive,so that all companies are facing serious challenges.This paper introduces the basic concept of PEST model,studies the solar water heater industry’s competitive strategy.With the integrated use of PEST model,this paper analyzes the development status,faceed macroeconomic environment,industry development environment of the solar water heater industry.Finally,the prospects for the development of solar water heater industry have been predicted.
