当代中国行政吸纳体系形成及其扩展与转向

自20世纪中叶开始，中国逐步建立了以行政权力为中心的治理体系。改革开放后，这套体系通过行政吸纳的方式在较大程度上实现了精英之间的合作，在某种程度上缓和了国家与社会之间的紧张关系。但社会矛盾的进一步发展使得这种体系的弊端日益显露出来，它需要向新的方向转变。

The Formation of Contemporary Chinese Administrative Absorption System, its Expansion and Steering

Since the mid-20th century,China has gradually established a system of governance regarding executive authority as center.After reform and opening up,this system achieved cooperation between the elite to a large extent through means of administrative absorption and eased the tension between state and society relations to some extent.However,the shortcomings of this system were increasingly exposed with further development of social conflicts.It needs to change to a new direction.
