松江河梯级增设双沟抽水蓄能机组的探讨

摘    要:在松江河梯级上增设双沟抽水蓄能机组,装机规模可达500MW,可为电网起双倍调峰作用。另外,该抽水蓄能工程投资少,见效快。对缓解东北电网以火电为主,调峰难,缺少尖峰电力,火电机组过多地参与调峰的困难状况有积极作用。

Abstract:Adding Shuangguo pumped storage power unit to Songjianghe cascade development, the installed capacity can increase to 500MW and the hydroelectricity can play double role of peak regulation in the electric network. Moreover, the pumped storage power project calls for small investments and yields quick returns. It is active in the Northeast electric network to mitigate the difficulty of peak regulation and lack of peak power, of which the steam power unit excessively takes part in peak regulation.
