| 摘 要： | 当前,产业发展与城市建设的脱节现象日益明显,这在城市新区建设和工业园区的发展中表现得尤为突出。我国工业化尚未完成,城市化发展正处于关键阶段,在新一轮新型工业化和新型城镇化的过程中,应当注重产业发展与城市建设的有机结合,实现"双轮驱动"的良性发展。

| Abstract: | The disconnection between industrial development and urban construction has become an obvious contradiction and especially prominent in the construction of new districts in the cities and the industrial parks. The industrialization in our country has not yet been completed, and the urbanization development is at a critical stage. In the process of the new industrialization and urbanization, more attention should be paid to the combination of industrial development and urban construction. |
