| 摘 要： | 近年来,在国内汽车涂装中,工业机器人喷漆技术得到快速发展。对工业机器人喷涂发动机的应用研究在理论和实践中都具有重要的意义。以IRB5400喷漆机器人为例,结合实际,通过对应用程序的改进、工件漆膜厚度增加、油漆覆盖率提高的喷涂结果,验证了改进的应用程序的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Painting spraying robot has been applied in auto industry widely in recent years and the application research on painting engine is of practical and theoretical importance.Taking IRB5400 painting spraying robot for example,through the improvement of the application program,the paint thickness increases and the cover ratio is improved.The results indicates that the application program is feasible and effective. |
