A Study on the System Value Orientation and System Decision-making Model

The system value orientation decides or influences the system decision-making model.The value orientation emphasizing economic efficiency definitely chooses a centralized system decision-making model while the value orientation emphasizing social fairness definitely chooses a democratic system decision-making model.Both efficiency and fairness are emphasized at present,so the democratic centralism should be the right choice instead of implementing excessive democratic decision-making model.
