农家乐投资选址的软因子量化研究——以长沙为例

选址是投资前期的一个重要环节，选址的评估要放在整个投资环境中来考究，投资环境又包括宏观和微观两个状态。结合投资环境的一般要素和长沙农家乐旅游企业的特殊要素，量化影响农家乐企业投资选址的软因子。通过选取能表征长沙农家乐特点的企业样本，用李克特量表测量其对投资选址的主观认知，得出各个软因子的影响水平，以期对新投资者有指导意义。

Quantitative Study on the Soft Factors of Sitting for Rural Tourist Investment in Changsha

Sitting for investment is a very important step in the early stage of investment. The assessment of sitting should be made in both macroscopic environment and microscopic one. In this thesis, we try to combine the common elements of investment environment with the specific elements of rural tourist enterprises in Changsha, and then quantize the soft factors that have effects on sitting for investment. We work out in the thesis the effects of each single soft factor through selecting some typical rural tourist enterprises as samples and investigating their subjective cognition to sit for investment with Likert scale, in the hope of helping to conduct new investors.
