| 摘 要： | 实施节约管理是饭店可持续发展的基础,饭店节约管理包括物质资源节约、人力资源节约、财力资源节约和战略资源节约等四个层次。饭店实施节约管理的关键在于构建节约管理的长效机制、推动节约技术的创新发展和树立节约管理的价值理念。同时,不同的饭店资源适用不同的节约技术方案。

Hotel's economizing management includes the economizing of material resources, human resources finance resources and strategy resources. The key of economizing management lies on constructing long-term function, promoting technique innovation and establishing economizing values. Different hotel resources are perfect for different economizing technique plan. |
