| 摘 要： | 金融功能观提供了一个考察农村金融发展状况的有意义的视角。通过对特定区域农村金融发展状况的考察，文章认为我国农村金融的主要问题是功能缺陷问题，应当按照功能观的改革思路，对农村金融体系进行改革。

| Abstract: | The financial functional view provides us a significative view of reviewing rural financial development status. From the review of a special district, we find that the main problem of china's rural finance is an objection of financial function. We should reform the rural financial system in the thoughts of financial functional view. |
