| Abstract: | The current frequent accidents of public crisis gives the demonstration that the Party's ruling capacities are not powerful enough in some places and the system and mechanism are not complete enough in the crisis management.It is necessary to strengthen the crisis consciousness and ruling consciousness,improve the work style,enhance the system construction,and raise the Party's ruling capacities. |
