陕西省电子商业汇票业务发展现状与建议

本文对陕西省电子商业汇票业务开展情况进行调查。结果显示,电子商业汇票业务自推出以来发展迅速,但也存在覆盖面不足、企业积极性不高等问题,主要原因是系统便利性未充分体现、电子商业汇票流转通道不通畅及客户认知度不高。本文提出从业务宣传、流程优化等方面加以改进,充分发挥电子商业汇票系统的功能。

The Development Status of the Electronic Commercial Draft Business in Shaanxi Province and Suggestions

The paper makes the survey on the development of the electronic commercial draft business in Shaanxi province. The results show that the electronic commercial draft business has developed rapidly since its launch, but there are also some problems such as that the coverage is not adequate and enterprises are not active. The main reasons are that the system’s convenience is not ful-ly recognized;the circulation channel of the electronic commercial draft is not unobstructed and is not accepted by customers. The pa-per suggests improving and giving full play to the function of the electronic commercial draft system from the business advocacy and process optimization etc.
