| 摘 要： | 2013年，随着金融机构贷款利率管制的全面放开，社会公众对利率市场化推进政策反应积极，金融机构利率传导速度和效果显著提升。本文通过对酒泉各金融机构执行国家利率政策相关情况进行调查，对金融机构定价能力不足、盈利能力有限、存在监测风险等问题进行分析，并提出强化基础力量支撑、推动经营策略转换、重建利率反馈机制、提升利率传导效能等相关建议。

| Abstract: | In 2013, along with releasing the control of the lending rate of financial institutions, the social public actively responds to the policy on promoting the interest rate marketization, the speed and effect of interest rate transmission of financial institutions is significantly promoted.The paper makes an investigation on the situation that financial institutions implement policies on interest rates, analyzes the problems such as lack of pricing ability, limited profitability, potential monitoring risks and so on, and puts forward relat-ed suggestions such as strengthening basic support, promoting business strategy transformation; reconstructing interest rate feedback mechanism;raising interest rates transmission efficiency. |
